“I never considered any kind of therapy before. I was going through a very dark time in my life – I’m not sure how I got there. I finally sought the help I needed in Karen.  The variety of techniques she used –  hypnotherapy, CBT and talking – really helped me find strategies to cope with anxiety, stress and pressure. Although I still have some way to go, I know that, with Karen’s guidance, I have come out of that ‘dark’ period I was in. I cannot thank her enough.
